Fort Lauderdale police have arrested Sean Patrick Callan and charged him with abusing the dog. Police say Callan pulled the four-year-old pitt bull down the street with a garden hose wrapped around its neck. The dog suffered numerous injuries. Callan appeared in court, where his bond was set at $2,500.
