Rosie is an American Ridged Terrier [characterized for their prominent ridge not unlike the Rhodesian Ridgeback breed].

We love her. She still gets a bit "jumpy" around visitors or other dogs but other than that she recognizes ten English spoken words and sleeps protectively on our daughter's bed every evening.
