This is a short questionnaire for people who join PitBull-L. We hope you will take a few moments to fill it out so we can get to know you better. This questionnaire will not be shared with members of the list, but PBRC volunteers may have access to it if you offer your help.

This questionnaire is optional. You don't have to fill it out to become a member of PitBull-L. You can do it now or later. If it's your first time filling it out, click on "First Time Entry". You can revise your answers anytime you want if your situation change. In this case, come back to this page when you are ready and click on "Revising Answers".
